All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking

Bookings may be made through our website, by phone, or by email. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding pickup location, time, and destination.

3. Pricing

Prices are provided at the time of booking and may vary depending on distance, duration, vehicle type, and additional services.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to:

Arrive at the agreed pickup point on time
Provide accurate booking information
Respect the vehicle and driver during the service

Taxiwave reserves the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behavior, without issuing a refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Tours: Free cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled tour for a full refund.
Transfers: Free cancellation up to 3 days before the scheduled transfer for a full refund.
Late cancellations: Cancellations made after the above deadlines are non-refundable.
No-show: Failure to appear at the agreed pickup time will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

6. Liability

Taxiwave is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

7. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Taxiwave and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Changes to Terms
